Mission Statement: “Our mission is to glorify God by spreading the message of Jesus Christ, empowering individuals to grow in faith, love, and service through discipleship, worship, and community outreach. Rooted in the truth of Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit, we strive to be a beacon of hope, meeting spiritual and practical needs, and equipping believers to make an impact for Christ in their families, communities, and the world.”
What we Believe:
- The Bible – We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17). It is the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian living.
- The Trinity– We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—distinct but coequal and coeternal (Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14).
- Jesus Christ – We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory (John 1:1-4, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Acts 1:9-11).
- The Holy Spirit – We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells within all believers, empowering them for godly living, spiritual growth, and service. The Spirit convicts of sin, regenerates the believer, and provides spiritual gifts to the Church (John 16:7-13, Galatians 5:22-23, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11).
- Salvation – We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). All people are sinners in need of redemption, and only through repentance and faith in the atoning sacrifice of Christ can they be forgiven, justified, and made children of God (Romans 3:23-24, John 3:16).
- The Church – We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all believers united by the Holy Spirit. The Church exists to worship God, nurture believers through discipleship, and reach the lost with the Gospel (1 Corinthians 12:12-13, Matthew 28:18-20).
- The Sacraments – We believe in the practice of:
- Baptism as a public declaration of faith and identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection (Matthew 28:19).
- The Lord’s Supper (Communion) as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice until His return (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).
- Eternal Life – We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to eternal life with God in Heaven and the lost to eternal separation from God in Hell (John 5:28-29, Revelation 21:1-4).
- Christian Living – We believe that believers are called to live lives of holiness, love, and service, reflecting Christ’s character in all areas of life. Through the Holy Spirit’s power, believers are to grow in faith, resist sin, and demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-25, 1 Peter 1:15-16)
